Returns and Refund Policy

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within seven (7) working days from the date on which you received them from www.clementsribeiro.com. Returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within seven (7) working days from the date the package was delivered to you. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through the shipping agent indicated by the Vendor (DHL), or through another shipping agent. We also invite you to email returns@clementsribeiro.com quoting your name and order number in order for us to provide you with an authorisation code to return.  It is not possible to return an item in exchange for another.
 
Terms and Conditions of Return
 
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
 
  • we invite you to email returns@clementsribeiro.com within seven (7) working days from the date of your receipt thereof;
  • the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
  • the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;
  • the products are returned in their original packaging;
  • the returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within seven (7) working days from the date the package was delivered to you.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, the Vendor shall refund the entire price for the purchased products. Should you decide to use the courier indicated bywww.clementsribeiro.com in the authorisation to return email, you will not have to directly take care of the return shipping costs, which are at your expense. In this case,www.clementsribeiro.com will pay the return shipping costs for you and will deduct from your refund the cost of return shipping.
 
You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at no expense to the Vendor. If you refuse the above delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
 
Refund Times and Procedures

After the Vendor has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used (Credit/Debit Card), the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when the Vendor was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once the Vendor has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the payment type used: purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the Credit Card company's policy. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss;  
 
Identification Tag
 
All products sold by the Vendor include an identification tag with a disposable seal. Please try on the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag or seal will not be accepted.
  
DHL
 
As advised by the Vendor, returned products may be shipped by the package delivery company DHL, using the airwaybill label enclosed in the package in which the products were shipped. If you use DHL, the Vendor will be paying the shipping costs and deducting from you refund the cost of return shipping and track the package at any time. Please contact DHL to organise pick-up, but the authorisation code from returns@clementsribeiro.com must be received prior to returning. If you decide to use a different shipping courier than the one provided by www.clementsribeiro.com, you will have to pay for the cost of return shipping upfront and you will be responsible in case of loss or damage to the products during transport. For your protection, we recommend that you use a courier service if you choose to return the goods other than via the pre-paid mechanism and approved courier.


HOW TO RETURN

RETURN PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS
We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
You can return any item purchased on our Online Store within 7 working days from the delivery date. Here's how:

Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached.

Should you wish to make a return, please notify us by email at returns@clementsribeiro.com quoting your name and order number.  We will then give you an authorisation code for the return.  Please attach the enclosed address label over the original address label and return in the original packaging.  Please complete the DHL airwaybill selecting express/worldwide service.  Once authorisation to return has been confirmed by Clements Ribeiro please contact your local DHL office to arrange collection with your authorisation code.

Schedule the pick up of your package within 7 working days from the delivery date. Contact DHL by phone to arrange a suitable date and address.

The refund you receive will include both the costs of returned items and the original shipping costs (Standard Service level). For our return service, you will be deducted a sum equal to the return shipping costs. If you prefer, you can also use a different courier service from DHL. In this case, return shipping and any possible theft or loss during transit will be at your own expense and responsibility.

For international returns - Clements Ribeiro will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked "Goods returned under warranty".

Your return will be accepted within 7 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you. You may keep track of the return status through the DHL Tracking Number you find on the copy of the DHL airway bill.

Notes
We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time.
Send your return from the same Country in which you placed your order. We will not be able to accept returns from different Countries.

If you have lost the return label, you can ask DHL to bring you an air waybill when they collect your return. Enter the following address:
